We went to the re-enactment of the Battle of Waterloo this weekend. Mildly entertaining to watch a bunch of adults dress up and prance about in character. To remain true to what really took place, they insisted on doing most of the fighting down in a valley which meant none of us could see what was going on. You have to commend them for staying true to history but it did seem a little pointless!
